Stabilised rammed earth construction from 300mm standard walls to 450mm R4.3 insulated — built anywhere in Tasmania for over 34 years.
Chris has lived in rammed earth homes for 33 years — first in a standard 300mm home from July 1993, then in one of Australia's first insulated rammed earth houses, which he built himself at Clifton Beach in 2005.
He knows exactly how both wall systems perform through a Tasmanian winter. That's not a marketing claim — it's 33 years of lived experience.
Our full story 300mm stabilised walls with the characteristic layered finish. Great thermal mass, excellent soundproofing, minimal maintenance. Suitable for internal and external walls.
