Since establishing in 2001 we have been involved in many rammed earth structures across Tasmania. We have over 20 years experience in building rammed earth homes and commercial buildings, from 600mm to 10m high walls, residences, fire places, rammed earth floors and garden walls. You name it, we have more than likely built it.
All our soils are laboratory tested prior to construction and then engineered to a proven formula with a percentage of cement and waterproof additive.
We offer a few different walls systems:
Standard Rammed Earth 300mm thick,
Insulated Rammed Earth 400mm thick,
Foam core walls:
increases the R-Value to around 2.49 ,
and the Ultimate insulated Rammed Earth wall: 500mm thick, foam core R-value 4.37
The end result is a beautiful dust-free wall system, which is environmentally sound and thermally efficient.
